²⁸ And Joshua son of Nun, the assistant of Moses from time of his youth, answered, “Moses, my lord, stop them.” ²⁹ But Moses said to him, “Are you jealous for my sake? Would that he^[a] give all Yahweh’s people prophets, that Yahweh put his spirit on them!” ³⁰ Then Moses and the elders of Israel were gathered to the camp.
